These are the snuggest little earring backs you will find! They are almost like a locking nut. I like these for earrings that I want to be sure are very secure. They are a tight fit to get on, but they will not fall off or sag on the ear. 

Stainless steel, silver color, 100 pieces per bag (these are measure by volume and will contain at least 100 pieces, likely a couple extra)
